A typical go-live takes about 30 days. That covers platform setup, the EHR connection, staff training, and the first patients. Our team manages the process with yours.
How does billing work?
Eligibility is checked before the first visit. The note is written during the work and signed by the clinician. The claim is prepared with the signed note attached for your billing team to send. Rates depend on the payer and your region, so we go through them with you.
Do I need to hire more staff?
Not always. Our clinical staff service provides trained care coordinators when your team needs them. Many practices start there and move the work in-house as volume grows.
Can a patient receive more than one care service?
Yes, where the rules allow it. A patient with diabetes and depression might receive follow-up care from home and integrated behavioral health at the same time, each documented on the same record. We sort the panel with you, patient by patient.
Does the AI decide anything?
No. AI assistance flags what changed and suggests notes. Your clinicians review, edit, and sign, and your staff submit.
